Meeting configuration

  • Meeting room name
  • Participants password (optional)
  • Moderator password (optional)
  • Name of moderator/initiator (optional)
  • Welcome text (optional)
  • Maximum number of participants
  • Maximum length of the meeting in minutes
  • Rules for guests
  • Define up to three presentations/documents/images etc. and load automatically at the start of the meeting

  • All users participate as moderators
  • Mute participants when entering
  • Allow recording
  • Start recording automatically
  • Allow recording start/stop 
  • Allow moderators to unmute participants
  • Only the moderator can see the participants' cameras
  • Disable camera
  • Disable virtual backgrounds for cameras
  • Number of simultaneously shared cameras per participant
  • Maximum number of cameras in the meeting
  • Disable microphone
  • Disable public chat
  • Disable private chat

  • Time period after which a meeting should end automatically if a moderator is no longer present
