Our SPLEND-IT online meeting portal uses the open source web conferencing system BigBlueButton (BBB).
In addition to the essential function of audio/video transmission, it offers options for slide presentations, an interactive whiteboard, chats, breakout rooms and meeting recordings.
Moderators and participants can use it with current browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) without additional apps, software or plugins.

As a BigBlueButton provider, we are able to provide you with a customized solution for your purposes.
BigBlueButton is a system for holding online meetings. However, it does not offer an interface for managing and configuring meeting rooms and participants. That is why we developed this functionality ourselves and the SPLEND-IT meeting portal was created.
Numerous configuration options can be defined individually for each meeting room via our administration interface. The participant management allows the assignment of fixed or individual participants to each meeting room. Invitations to meetings can be conveniently sent to all participants by e-mail with an individual invitation text.

BigBlueButton Hosting according to GDPR

Our meeting portal and the BigBlueButton conference software are hosted exclusively on servers located in a data center in Germany. The systems meet the requirements of the GDPR and are therefore data protection compliant.
